Nic Van Dyke is the Associate Director of Athletics, Physical Education, and Recreation (APER) at Mills College and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from working in the human services field for over a decade. Nic is responsible for the Physical Education program, athletic facilities, recreation excursions, and budget operations of the APER department, as well as serving as NCAA Senior Woman Administrator (SWA). Prior to joining the APER team in 2010, Nic worked as a Recreational Therapist and facilitated group activities such as hiking, rock climbing, and Animal-Assisted Therapy. As an avid outdoors lover, Nic enjoys triathlon training, horseback riding, camping, and mountain biking. Nic holds a BS in Parks, Recreation, and Tourism with an emphasis in Recreation Therapy from the University of Utah and an MA in Educational Leadership from Mills College.
