Mills Volleyball Hosts Ursuline College

The Mills Volleyball team took on Ursuline College in their final home game of the season. After scoring first in game one, the two teams traded points, with Mills staying within two points for much of the first part of the game. Despite several long rallies, the Arrows were able to pull away to a 25-13 victory. Games two and three saw similar action, and despite rallies and some impressive digs, Mills fell 25-13 and 25-12.

Mills junior, Brittany Docherty, had a notable night, pacing the Cyclones with eight digs, two aces, two kill. Senior Courtney Jacobson also added eight digs, while sophomore, Alesha Cox-Harris contributed six.

The Cyclones are back in action on Friday, when they travel to West Coast Baptists for a doubleheader. The first match is set to start at 3:30 pm.
